At the end of this week is Kim Caldwell's event, Les Sirene. No matter how much time I prepare ahead of time, why does it seem that I am always down to the wire finishing my swaps, wrapping, packing, etc., etc. I guess I should be use to it by now. Anywho, here are pictures of the Decorated Bottle Swap hosted by Jessi. I hope my partner likes the bottle I created for her. I made a sort of bracelet that fits around the neck of the bottle. I soldered a mermaid image as a focal piece on the little necklace bottle.
My roommate, Joy Campbell and I are going to be hosting a Martini Cocktail party in our room the first night. We are giving away little gift bags and I made a little necklace to put in the bags for the attendees. I went to the party store and purchased a bunch of teal colored plates, napkins and martini glasses! How fun, can't wait.
